1. Where are you located?

We build all of our items in our shop in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

2. Can I order a custom item?

Yes! Send us a note via our Contact form and we will contact you to gather all of the necessary details. We will provide a quote. Once confirmed, we will accept a downpayment of 50% to secure building materials and your spot in line.

3. How do I care for my kitchen board?

Wash by hand with warm water and non-abrasive soap after use. Dry immediately. We recommend applying mineral oil or a butcher block conditioner monthly to maintain color and extend life of your board. Click here for Mercer & Sons Board Butter.

4. I ordered an item. When will my order ship?

Items on hand will ship within 1-3 business days, our current lead time for custom orders is roughly 4-6 weeks depending on the item.

5. How will you ship my order?

We ship primarily UPS Ground. If you have a different need, please don’t hesitate to Contact us.

6. Do you accept returns?

Your item will be created with quality and craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with it in any way, we will do our best to solve the issue. While we do our best to work with our customers and communicate effectively, there is the chance that something doesn’t turn out how you pictured. Keep in mind you are buying handmade goods and that even within one species of wood, you can get a completely different color or grain pattern. We truly want people to have beautiful pieces that will be “forever pieces” in their homes. We accept returns on in stock items minus shipping costs. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

7. Help! I need something quick!

Take a look at our Shop! We keep an assortment of items on hand for last minute gifts. Local pickup is available. Contact us to come take a look!
